There will be overlapping roles and responsibilities and politics has grown considerably in the past years. Also, learning as a junior is a painful experience as there is no one to tell you how things are really done. People though are extremely talented, money is great and work hours are insane only during peak periods - closing annual planning can mean working easily 18h straight.
